You’ve been inspired by pivotal trends in AI that are shaping our present and future world, and now it’s time to reflect on your perspective and prepare to take action. In this workshop, you will apply newly gained insights to build your AI Strategy Canvas and chart a path to seize the opportunities AI creates for your organization. Crucially, this process also integrates your personal vision and goals for leveraging this transformational technology.
We’ll begin by zooming out to contextualize AI risks and opportunities within the broader strategic landscape for your organization. Next, we'll carefully assess AI technologies to identify and prioritize your most impactful use cases, examining how they could create value and the challenges they might pose, such as impacts on operations, customer experience, competitiveness, and noting areas of uncertainty.
Finally, we will map an execution plan to achieve the vision, and articulate the narrative that will build support for your vision and create urgency for action. Unsure of the specific problem you aim to solve? Feel free to pick any real-world or imagined case scenario and join us.
Together, we will uncover how AI can shape your journey towards innovation and success.
